The 2nd International Conference on Energy and Power Engineering, Control Engineering (EPECE 2023) will be held in Changsha, China from February 24 to 26, 2023, and invites scholars, researchers and students to publish unpublished original research papers and important ongoing papers and research results in the field of intelligent dynamics control actively. The conference, which aims to address key issues related to intelligent dynamics control, will witness a number of countries, international representatives and researchers sharing their perspectives and new ideas in the areas of intelligent computing, dynamic control and communication, and providing an opportunity for researchers to discuss the latest solutions, scientific results and methods in addressing issues in the field of intelligent dynamics control.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics.
